The firs level in the Food Pyramid is the most important, there are the cereals, bread and other food that you must eat everyday.
The second level includes fruits and vegetables, you should eat it five times a day.
The third level includes dairy, meat and fish.
And last, the fourth level, it contains fats and sugar, you shouldn’t eat it a lot of times, it's bad for your healthy.



Why sport is so important to be a healthy life?
The sports is very important because it helps you to be a healthy person. It keeps us young and strong and makes us to be happy or happier.


Eating disorders
The most importants are:
Bulimia: Experience voracious attacks to come followed by fasting or vomiting to counteract excessive intake.
Anorexia: Is characterized by a high weight loss due to extreme diets and the use of purging (vomiting, excessive exercise). These people have altered
body image overestimating the size of any part of their body.
Obesity: You eat a lot of food, fast food for example. It is very bad for your body.

Malaga's guide

Plants of the Malaga's parc
>Phoenixdactylifera (Date palm)
Origin: West Asia and North
Africa.
Description: The “Date palm” has a
slender trunk of 30 cm
in diameter. The bluish-green
 leaves form a crown.
The fruit has sweet edible
flesh, and it's an important
 food of several Arab.
>Strelitzia reginae (Bird of paradise)
Origin: South Africa.
Description: Herbaceous plant that reaches one meter high. This plant produces beautiful flowers in which the brilliant orange petals contrast with its blue tongue.
It can be ground from seeds but is usually propagated by division.


Statue "Marqués de Larios"

This monument is dedicated to Manuel Domingo Larios. His major work for the social and urban protection of the city was the street that has his name.The Town Hall built a monument in his honor in 1899.
The statue represent the Marquis of Larios, the figure of a man with a apickaxe and a shavel, representing labour, and that of a half-naked woman who is offering a child to the Marquis of Larios.


Larios Street
The street is dedicated to Manuel Domingo Larios too. It is the most important street of Málaga.



Constitution Square
Is the most important square in Málaga. Since before Christianity, it had been the heart of the city and since the 15th century to the present day, it has been the city's public and political Space, par excellence. Until 1869, the Town Hall was located in this square, as were other official buildings such as the house of the Justice of the Peace, the prision, the Courthouse and the Jasuits school.

Alcazaba of Málaga
The Alcazaba is a palatial fortification.  It was built by the Hammudid dynasty in the 11th century.
Alcazaba are ruins of a Roman theatre dating to the 1st century BC, which are undergoing restoration. Some of the Roman era materials were reused in the Moorish construction of the Alcazaba.
